Welcome to Sales with Love by Lavender Closet! Over here, you get to see the pret-a-porter range of past collection sold in retail shopfloor at Lavender Closet. As the name suggests, this blog is specially created with love for customers who has very tight budget to purchase at our store. To spread the love, we are pleased to inform that 10% of the gross sales will be donated to various charities. So go on and start shopping at Sales with Love! Now, ALL plus sizers can look good too!

A few things you need to know at Sales with Love...
1. All detailed measurements(in inches) are stated below the pictures for your reference.
2. Please note that actual products may not be 100% identical to the photos shown on site due to computer display settings and lighting conditions while the photos were taken. We made efforts to display the colours and provide the measurements as accurately as possible.
3. Like anything you see? Scroll to the bottom to fill in the order form. Please make sure the item/s you are ordering are the correct size for you before submitting your order. Don't worry about the availability of the beautiful clothes you see here because they are all in stocks. Sold items will be removed from the blog.
4. Please take your time to fill in the accurate details in the order form to prevent unpleasant purchase. You will be notified with a confirmation email with the relevant bank account numbers and the total amount of money to be transferred once we have finalised your orders.
5. Once order is confirmed, please make your payment and revert back to us within 48 hours. We do not accept cash-on-delivery. Within the next 36 hours, we will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified.
6. Items will be sold to whoever fulfil the payment first. WE DO NOT DO RESERVATIONS. Sales with Love reserves the right to release your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.
7.All payments are to be made via DBS/POSB or OCBC account transfer.
8. Items purchased will be mailed to your lovely home. No MEET-UP collection or collection of items at shopfloor (Kaylene by Lavender Closet).
9. Free postage only applies to normal postage. Should you request for registered mail or courier service, additional charges apply. All our parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be tracked via Singpost website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out.
10. Local registered postage charges: $3 on top of your total bill.
11. Items you have purchased will be dispatched on every Wednesday. Hence approximate time of arrival will be 3-5 working days after the mailing is done. Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered as working days.
12. For now, we regret to inform that we only do local postage. Please bear with us for any inconvenience for the time being.
13. Privilege card holders of Lavender Closet will be entitled to 5% discount with purchase of 5 items and above at Sales with Love IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION. Please remember to state your card number in the order form.
14. No EXCHANGE/REFUND policy, therefore, shop at your own risk.
15. Do keep in mind that these are SALES ITEMS. We do not guarantee that all products are flawless and are not responsible for any defects found on these products. But we ensure you that all products are in wearable conditions.
16. Sales with Love by Lavender Closet reserves every right to donate to whichever organisation.
17. Sales with Love by Lavender Closet reserves every right to make necessary changes to the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
